How much weight will I lose in this program?

The short answer is: It depends.

The truth is, any program that guarantees specific weight loss is lying to you. Weight loss is actually very complex and depends on multiple individual factors.

While I don't promise a specific amount of weight loss, I can promise you this: If you follow the program and stay consistent about 80-85% of the time, you'll enjoy changes to your mind and body that are worth even more than a number on the scale.

Most of the past participants lost anywhere from 1 to 3 clothing sizes, and gained plenty of confidence and strength!

I've tried lots of diets before. How is this different?

This program is different from anything you've done before. You'll learn a completely new approach that will help you take the steps that work for YOU.

No foods are "off-limits," there are no special products to buy or use, and you won't have to spend hours in the gym.

We'll work from the inside out, so the changes you make will last and you won't ever need to diet again.

I'm super busy. What is the daily time commitment?

The program will require about 20 to 30 minutes of your time each day. The great thing is that if your schedule really and truly can't accommodate a 20 to 30-minute time block, you can break things down into 10-minute blocks and do them when you're able.

And if you don't think you have that much time each day, I'll help you find a way to make it work for you!

The group coaching calls will be 1 hour every other Saturday. The calls will be recorded, so you can watch (or listen to) the replay when it's more convenient for you.

Does the program include workouts?

Yes it does! There will be workouts delivered right in the dedicated app, with follow-along workout videos you can access on YouTube. All the workouts are 30 minutes or less, and can be done at home with minimal equipment.

Even if you're new(er) to exercise, these workouts can be modified and adapted to fit your life (and your schedule!).

I don't like to exercise. Can I still succeed in this program?

You can be successful in this program without doing the workouts, but they will definitely help accelerate your progress.

As we age we lose muscle mass, which affects everything from hormone levels, to bone density, to metabolism, to our ability to function on a daily basis.

Past participants of the program who didn't enjoy strength training started to love these short but effective workouts, so I encourage you to at least try them!

The bottom line is that they're not obligatory - you get to choose what works best for you

What if I can't attend the live calls?

All of the group calls will be recorded and posted within 48 hours so you can watch the replay. You also are able to submit questions before the call that will be answered during the live session, even if you aren't able to attend.
